But now, many choose to use for 10 to 12 hours shift, so the employee can fulfill their weekly hours faster.
By using 10 – 12 hours shift, the employee can fill for 40 hours per week in the span of more or less four days. That way, they can have three days-off included the weekend. But when choosing for the long shift hours, you should look at the standardized law that applied. Also, if your employee decided to add their weekly hours, there should be overtime pay.
